Trending @Accenture; Bench Policy in Accenture

I have recently joined Accenture and my CL is 9.Initially my profile was hard locked for a client but I got rejected in the client interview. So currently I am on bench or internal job pool and What is the bench policy here?Is there any cooling period if you got rejected by a client?If I will be selected by another client then do I have an option not to join that project and wait for interview with other clients?
