As fellow person gone through same situation I advice you following. I know ppl still in bench or didn't get assigned to bench(still training market) who joined 2022 No urgent in switching companies
In every service based company first 6 months you won't do nothing ,this common actually best service company among others(WITCH). As in stream training they only introduces basic . Try to learn big stack from yt or courses , do certification
Databricks certification, aws , azure accenture provides 100% discount coupons through training. Visit LKM website to get know training happen daily basis. Visit iaspire to get mentor

Try applying to other companies if u r in bench longer than 6 months. In IT first 2 or 3 years you treated as fresher , don't wry. Learn diff tech , do personal projects
Reach out to different managers and network.

Even after you land in project , they will again train u for 1 or 2 months (depends on proj)

Just don't locked into internal project. No learning will be there. You ask y? Client is god , If is there no client to make money no one cares abt internal project.
