Trending @Accenture; Bench period & MTP

Hello guys, I had a MTP on March 2nd and am on bench from March 2, then I applied leaves for MTP till May 12. Am clocking Mat wbse, in this case how bench period will be calculated?, do we get variable pay? do we get hike/promotion (CL11-4yrs YOE) for this cycle?
