Trending @Accenture; Bench Nowadays: take it easy policy or stringent?

I feel I am at the juncture where I feel very stagnant in my project wrt learning and other aspects. I got to know that my Fixed pay is 9.3 L for 7 yrs work ex here which is a bit demoralizing :( So, I am contemplating between putting papers and asking for roll off again. I was thinking if I get roll off and maybe 1-2 weeks also on bench , I will be able to take some break, maybe prepare for interviews or might get a good project which can actually help. Coz if I directly jump to another project there are chances of getting caught in the similar environment. I wanted to test waters, negotiate the pros and cons of different projects then only join a new one that’s why I thought changing project via bench would be less hectic and would give me a breather TL DR: How risky is bench now a days ? As I have heard folks being assigned refusal tags/ pushed towards PIP for being on bench for a long time

Bench is risky not easy to get project. But given your experience and salary seriously take a break learn and apply somewhere else not in Accenture.

Use bench period to learn

Thanks, considering the same! Maybe not for a prolonged time but for 1-2 weeks should be sufficient to look forward to something new
