Trending @Accenture; Bench - Notice Period Policy
How does the Notice Period works when we are in bench in Accenture, can we exit early/ immediately as we are not tagged to any project and has no chargeability. Can anyone please share details if you are aware.
You can't exit from the Bench, you will be tagged back to your previous project soon. I believe you are recently rolled off from your project before dropping paper. In case of Medical reason and Higher study scenarios you will get early release so you can plan according to that.
If you are not tagged to any project then request HR for an early release. They can do it with approval from the business lead.
Notice period is usually 90 days, but sometimes negotiable. Early exit might be possible, especially with another job offer. Bench time can affect bonuses and hikes.
