IMHO, this is NOT funny. There are many genuinely hard working team members who get crushed with diminishing confidence due to these dirty tricks played by the so called toxic leads! That's called misuse of power and position. While you work, you have no right to harm someone in anyway to gain something for yourself!
Rest apart, I also understand there are some lazy and ungrateful team members also who do not deserve good managers either.
