In Accenture from last 2 years people are observing that when the yearly or mid year cycle is near. Accenture CEO sends mail to all that company is in loss so no hike and promotion this time. And management gives hikes and promotions to their Favourite employees.
What is your view on this point ☝️

@SturdyMenu It's true. Message from CEO is psychological play were certain group will be thinking company is in loss why we except hike and they stop reaching mangers and does really want to have discussions thinking if we ask they will target and fire us and even they start working hard. This gives management opportunity only limited favourite whom they want in project doing time pass and buttering managers
