Hi guys,
I joined accenture Jan 2025, the onboarding team assured me verbally on various occasions that base location will be changed. Is there anything we can do to change base location for new joiners. I have tried writing mails to hr looping leadership but still hr is declining change .
No you can't change your Base location after joining accenture . Earlier it was 1 year waiting period for base location change but now it has been changed to 2 years and HRs in accenture won't help you in any way they are useless
Same for me also. After joining they said 2 years locking period. It’s a trap. Now they are asking me to come to base location pune for once in a week. I said not possible due to family health issue. I am working from my home Kolkata location.
Thank god i got it changed in my offer letter itself, I was also confused about location before and I did had a hard time changing my location
This is a common lie they say to new joiners
Moral of the story : Don't trust any HR or management personnel without writing
Finally got transferred after putting so many mails
Organisation initiated transfer
People in the FedEx portfolio were given an exception, especially those hired from Atos. However, I heard it also applies to old Accenture employees. The request and approval process was concluded about two weeks ago.
