Trending @Accenture; Base location report
My base location is Ahmedabad but I reside in Noida. Can i continue to work from Noida location or I need to shift to Ahmedabad as recently o am hearing a lot about people getting compliance warning regarding RTO.
See no one will give u this advice.
Raise OIT ( org initiated transfer )
Step
Talk verbally on team with HR ( main step ) If he/she agrees they will tell you to raise request through Project Coordinator ( POC or whatever it is)
Once your POC raise request it will goto your manager , take approval from manger on mail . 80 % done
Now there is no reversal .
Then this request will goto some internal teams and all .
Your loc will change in 10days (max).

No 2yr and all is there , enjoy.
Things are there , just no one is there to tell us.
HR is soo rude that she doesn’t even reply and previously when I connected regarding this she just give me 3 months exception to report from nearest location office which is going to end in starting of August
You can try and discuss with your HR, lead and manager or raise relocation request (if you have completed 2 years at one location i.e Ahmedabad)
Also you can raise an exception request where you can report from other locations for 3 month
