I joined ACN on Oct 2024, Currently in project and am traveling from Hyd(Home location) to Bangalore (Base Location) every week for Weekly ofc visit Policy. Due to this I am missing client scrum calls on my travel day. And they are not happy about it.
What can I do to tackle this situation? Plz help.
make sure you don't mention that you are not staying in base location
Organization initiated transfer (OIT) is possible if your project manager accepts and he helps to get the approval from DU lead.
Thanks, but the reason is fine? Will they consider it or need to come up with some health issue reason or family situations

Send email to your supervisor for transfer approval
Add your people lead enabler on that mail
Before this try checking with them beforehand to make sure the process goes smoothly
I got transferred recently using the same way
