Trending @Accenture; Badly need help or guidance
Hi guys I had total 2.5 yrs of experience in that 1 year experience in ABAP and currently working on some GCP cloud project there I worked on Many technology within a year where I’m not get much knowledge and here I feel no growth personally and since last 1year im not worked on ABAP too😑 so now my confusion was it is good to proceed with anyone cloud skill and stay in project or better to switch… what i have to do guys pls help
so if I thought to switch means which is my primary skill that I can apply or something Total confusion 🙃☹️☹️
Since you are not well versed with any of the technologies that you have worked on in the past 2.5 YOE, my suggestion would be to get your priorities straight and immediately start working on building a core proficiency and simultaneously pay attention to networking, join a community of practice and get T shaped skills.
Things are getting way ahead of our time due to new technologies, can’t afford to wait/depend on employers to help skill up or put us into a good project anymore. Start working on building your portfolio and don’t pay too much attention to materialistic things for a temporary period.
This is only my opinion/suggestion, of course. Do your own research as well, please.
