Trending @Accenture; Bad leadership

Does anyone else feel that the current leadership of Accenture is getting worse day by day..instead of promoting or giving value to realise talent and hardwork. All they promote is one who praises them and acts like their pet dog..... I have seen that whenever any leadership people visit managers behave like they are doing all work and present themselves as such leader who are encouraging their juniors but in reality they don't even say hello to junior's in normal days.....bunch of hypocrites are they...

Really worst leaders. One of the DU lead of Products and platform from down south region has filled the group of next level people from the same region and full of favourism to them and she can go to any extent to save these buttering people by targeting innocent and hardworking performers. And the worst thing is she assigned tasks to somebody to check the LinkiedIn profiles of everyone in the group and if anyone kept the tag as #open to work ... This is considered as criteria for PA discussions to put them in lower performers or PIP so that that candidate was blackmarked. There should not be any room for such candidates in the organisation. Leadership should notice all these... Its high time

One of the manager from Uttarakhand filled the entire team with North Indians. Got promoted to the level of associate director then got booted out for non performance. What do you say for this?

Don't worry they may promote anyone, but your knowledge and your experience will stay with you

Leadership isn't perfect, but it's not all doom and gloom. Focus on your work, rise above the noise, and let results speak. Complaining won't change anything; action will.

You can't blame the leadership. See who is the current CEO. See what orders she is passing around. Closely see the news. There's has been lot of inorganic growth. Accenture bought small ai companies. How do you think the CEO is balancing the balance sheets? She is firing her own employees. And keeping the AI companies. The leadership, managers and all leads are puppets. If you compare the lines said by each manager for pip or to an under paid employee it's the same. "At this level we expected more from you but on the performance level we see it's missing". The leadership are just worried about themselves and saving their own tails else they too will be put into the pink list as well.

It's just the current CEO has never been empathetic. She has been an attorney in a law firm. She understands only the profits from the merger of companies. Check out her history. While she is the CEO stop expecting hikes. She will sometimes give out bonuses maybe but never the base pay. Better switch ASAP rather than regretting or blaming others. Alert others too based on these facts.

Yes 100%, they are just taking hefty checks without doing anything but playing a vital role in terms of biasness....
