Can someone tell me what will be the B Shift (12:30pm -10:30pm) allowance for CL 11 ? Also what will be the on call allowance on weekends?

Allowance is same for all levels. For B shift it is 200 rs. If you stay on call like for whole day - get a comp off on any working day.

But my lead informed that we won’t be getting comp off instead we would be getting on call allowance

Don't agree. Why would you work more than 45 hours/ week? This is not expected. Also if he/she is still forcing then ask for one day salary.

Mere knowledge ke anusar 10-11 level ke liye 200-250 ke beech me dihaadi dete hai

For shift B it is fixed for all levels 200 and on call primary support is 700 and secondary support it is 600.

B shift is 200₹ only . In my project, for release support at odd hours (early morning) . If the support is below 4 hours we are asked to join late and work for total hour - support hours we did. And if release support extends 4 hours we are given C shift allowance for that day instead of B shift allowance.

Even on public holidays if we support for few hours (2-3 hr) we get C shift added to any given day of the month instead of B shift for a day
