I am aware of ace award given quarterly Tech star award - nomination are given yearly

Spot awards are awards which are given during every Q town halls. Other top awards include ACE, V360, etc.
Spot awards are project level awards sponsored by your project itself. Under project level there can be N number of different awards. It all depends on the project management.

Requirement to get these project level awards - do normal job, be in good relation with your manager.
