Trending @Accenture; Avanade Resource

I joined Accenture under the Avanade bench but was hard locked to the non-Avanade project. Now I am getting mail to fulfill my Avanade criteria of Microsoft certification + getting email to complete my current project training (both are mandatory). I have also reached HR from both sides but both are claiming that I am their resource. Both HRs are not coming face to face even though I have dropped the email keeping both of them. Both are sending me separate email to avoid any communication from other side.

Now what should I do, suggestions ?
