Accenture is celebrating women day and that day in Accenture lot of events happen in men's day nothing happened coz men's are not believing any show of and self appresing things or pampering .
If similar incident happened with any girl and boys was the opposite party then , Accenture immediately given an pressure statement that we are standing with that girl and immediately terminate the men employee . But in this case hr can say we will bind to law only and we cand do any thing. Guys we need to think about men's also . No gender biasness we need to show . Justice should be justice only.
I don't think Accenture can terminate anyone, man or woman.
They are terminating if he is a man , one of my old colligue was terminated in similar kind of complaint.
