Trending @Accenture; Atos rehire- MAL 28- Regarding promotion

I joined Accenture in August 2024. My current Months at Level (MAL) is 28, even though I have worked here for only 7 months. I was told that a default promotion would occur once my MAL exceeds 24.

Note: During my rehiring, I didn’t receive a good salary hike.

Salary at my previous organization: ₹3.7 LPA (all fixed)

Current salary: ₹4.2 LPA + ₹40,000 variable
