Trending @Accenture; ATCI to S&C transition after MBA

I would like to know how to transition within Accenture from atci to s&c after completion of while in mid of mba is there anyone who can genuinely guide. I am looking for a transition just to get the exp not for a longer period of time if S&C is also having the same ATCI kind of toxic and low pay structure. I'm looking for mentor who can guide me.
