Group Leads are forcing talent leads who are forcing TLs, AMs, Ms in this evil act. We need to anonymously inform Julie Sweet. This is coming from somewhere in the middle. Some middle men are corrupt and they are doing this. I do not believe this is coming from super top Julie Sweet or just few levels below her. Mostly this is about initial level MDs and ADs.

You really think she is not aware or any leader is not. This is done as per directives from the top.

Yes non performers should be laid off. I myself will do the same. My post is about this is happening with performers. Just dont comment on the post for the sake of commenting. Understand, analyse and then do it else its better to just skip.

Please understand this post is not against PIP but forceful PIP on people who are "performers" and do not deserve this irrespective of whether they are on notice period or not. This cheap act is dony by middle men because they do not want to take the pain to know and analyze who performs and who doesn't.
People who do not perform and meet expectations should certainly be put into PIP.

The way the mail is written, it seems like there plan was anyways to exit people, PIP is just one way of doing so. Forceful PIP will help that have that count where they want to remove people and hire new people with higher package who serve the AI purpose. Believe me when I say I get what you are saying but I don’t believe that all of them are not aware of what’s happening. Similar happened during Covid where people were forced to leave and then the company did mass hiring. It looks like the same thing but with much force. I have been trying to fight against pip for some people but it’s like it’s finalised, it’s the first time it’s happening since our project started 5+ years back.
