Does anyone know if we can expect promotions / hikes this year in ATCI? Unofficial communication within some practice groups is that there is none this year too....is this the same across ATCI?
I joined in mid 2023 as a fresher (ML-12), will we be getting anything this year? Any default promotion, any appraisal or bonus etc.?
You will get the default hike after completing 1 year. Promotion will be after 2 years or if you clear techleap you will get fasttrack promotion.
Oh. Thank you. Default hike is also dependent on if there is an increment cycle etc or does it happen irrespective of anything?
In this March cycle people got promoted based on techleap and also default promotions from level 12-11.
Not sure about dec 2024 cycle but definately Big NO in mid year for hikes,few promotions will still be there but no hikes.I got the communication from my DU
I m in lvl 10, Recently kept paper due to hike issue, and after this got to know from my manager that there will be some percentage of hike for selective candidate this March. And based on that I should take my paper back. I think this is hoax and nothing concrete. Can anyone suggest?

There’s a big boom in hiring in my practice, and a good chunk of my span has resigned already due to last year’s fiasco.

Seems like there will be none.. because there is a crunch of projects in Accenture as well
