I redeemed a voucher for a Microsoft exam, but unfortunately, I was unable to attend, and it was marked as a no-show. As a result, I am now unable to request any new vouchers. Could someone please help me with this issue?

You cannot get new voucher unless you upload the passing transcript of that exam, else you have to wait till fy26 as it's reset every fiscal year

I took this voucher in November 2024. Will it still reset in FY26?

You need to give the exam on your own and submit bill for reimbursement. Once done you should be able to get new vouchers
