Trending @Accenture; Asset return, leaving Accenture in 3 weeks

Leaaving accenture for better offer in 3 weeks. Assets are to be shipped from my location to tagged location. Can anyone suggest how many days prior to last working day I should submit at DHL centre, so that 50k are not deducted from my full and final.
