Trending @Accenture; Asked for release to project manager said to wait for 90 days as per standard release process for long term locked resources

I asked for project release to the project manager he said you have wait till 45 days as per the standard release process through smart tool and now he is saying you have to wait till 90 days as the tool is not allowing for less than 90 days as you are long term Locked resources , please guide me in this regards
