I asked promotion with 20% hike to manager, but he said there is no slots in mid year. But I saw people from his base locations got promoted (dirty politics!?). Even though I worked hard , delivered the tasks on deadly timelines, got appreciation from client and couple of ACE awards,....plah plah. I dropped the paper and I started look outside, got offer with 100% hike. If you feel your work is under valued and backstabbed. Don't worry. The world is BIGGGG ! #byebyeaccenture
