I did not receive a promotion last year, and this year my increment was only 5%. Considering my current salary is significantly below market standards, would it be appropriate to discuss a raise with my manager?

Is there any chances to get hike on other than the appraisal month? Should I get offer and then ask for hike??

Accenture has no policy as per my information to match the offer , all they can do is during appraisal cycle , if you dont have any commitments please make a switch , if your experience is 8-9 years then your salary is very low ,, you will get at least 25 fixed in market
