Hi guys, I'm currently an ASE with 17 months of experience. I gave techleap once but didn't clear it. Post that I didn't gave my efforts on that. I wanted to know if I can expect a promotion in upcoming cycle. If yes what hike will I get?

Dont expect promotion through techleap it depends on several factors ,
U would have done some jugaad and u know that u have cleared the test . But if your project doesn't have budget ,if your managers doesn't approve you won't get promotion through techleap .
You also need to complete Advancement Professional Program from Accenture to increase your chances .
Am from CL 11.
If u can mention joining date ,month and year .I can say when u will get default promotion and in what % hike.
My doj is 11/2022
If u are not promoted even after attempting all 3 techleap exams ,then U will be promoted on December 1 ,2024.

@Jay23 how many times you are attending exam it doesn't matter, Agree firstly have to clear techleap or if you scored less also manager have an option to provide and finally not sure on exact figure % but less only accenture is giving
