Trending @Accenture; ASE PROMOTION to analyst

I have joined Accenture on jul 23, it has been more than 25months but still I didn't get promoted to Analyst.My batch mates most of them got promoted in this September cycle but I didn't get promoted to analyst. nowadays it takes me more embarassing and anxiety. Any one please guide me.. whether I will get promoted on Dec cycle.
