I am close to complete my 2 years in Accenture. I joined as level 12 and till now I am in same level. Should I expect promotion for December cycle? I am servicenow developer. Kindly help if anyone has any idea on promotion. If I don't get a promotion should I look for switching or wait untill Accenture promote me to level 11 then switch?

Depends whether you are in Project , what is your chargeability ( >95%) & what is your proficieny ( P2 or P3 ) are good case .

And your performance in project.

Pls ask ur people lead saying that many ase who has completed 2 years in Accenture and 6 months in project as being promoted pls review my performance and consider me I also did the same asked my people lead and one week later I got promotion in sep 1 I got promotion
