My current headphones broke (jabra) . Now it desk saying to raise Ariba request through pmo team. They ain't helping!!

Also do I have to from my pocket or project will take care??

Proj should procure.. i headphones also stopped working but they said they dont have budget for my headphone so i am using my personal tws with all my home noise in client calls. Even they know that i am poor now and cant afford noise cancellation headphones🥲
