Pip are across level. More risk to ppl on bench, non compliance on RTO, mandatory trainings etc

I've observed this trend for two to three years. Every year, at the same time, they announce layoffs or financial losses. This provides them with a clear excuse to offer the actual workforce lower variable pay, fewer raises, and fewer promotions. It's high time to get out of this organization.
