Trending @Accenture; Are there promotions in Nov cycle?

I know they are very less and also we got mail that hike and promotion are in June cycle but they said same in September also but they gave decent promotion in September. So any lead / managers/ senior managers are therefore promotion in this cycle not lot but few?
