Trending @Accenture; Are talent discussions of nov 2025 done in July?

I was not satisfied with my bonus and hike,this was my first hike, my teammate also joined exactly on the same day at the same level into my project and does the same work but got more hike and bonus (both of us joined completed 1 year, August 2024), So I had a call with my people lead again so I want to ask him more , he was telling that firstly he is not only the person to decide (might be my manager also involved), and moreover this was decided in July -aug it seems, My doubt is that we just got into project in May how can they decide who is better in 2 months, we didn't do much work at that period of time.
