Oh yes in full flow. Accenture wants to reduce the workforce and they are still laying off people using one or the other reason
If they want to reduce workfirce why are they hiring now or have hired in bulk till now
The strategy is to fill up places with whoever are on bench, but most of them are not that useful. They bulk hired blindly as ei cleared a lot of interviews and got people whose skill set didn't matched at all to the role they were looking for.
Now the openings are of people from project and those projects are not getting people from bench, and now onwards the project people will only hire people by taking interviews so these mistakes won't be repeated again.
When we are on bench they fired directly and now even if u r in project - they are putting in pip
