Trending @Accenture; Are Level 9 folks expecting hikes this June or December 2024 since we didn't get any hike in 2023?

As per Ajay Vij (MD, Accenture Operations India & Sri Lanka) email recieved in mid 2023 that not to expect any hikes in December cycle, so now it's 2024, is there any chance to get hikes in 2024 ?
