Trending @Accenture; Appreciate your suggestions, last year and this year I have put in pip, please suggest.

I was working continuously hard and did my external certifications like aws, all my efforts went in vain. What should I do now.. Kindly advise. Whether to switch or raise a grievance ticket to hr? One thing I wanted to say there was no discussion happened about talent outcome and they just shared the rewards and shocked to see 0% vp.

Try to switch bro. Accenture has now became shit. Management is worst and favouring ass lickers only. Don't wait here and waste your time by raising grievance.

I also have similar experience. After working too much in project and almost 13-14 hrs every day, I only got 5% hike and 5% VP. My VP amount is even lesser than level 12 resource. WTF. I had voluntary taken up and completed many complex tasks and even written automation scripts to speed up teams everyday tasks. Except 1-2 members in my team, No one was even able to understand that python code including my lead. And those people got 10% hike and 14% VP.

Why are you putting yourself in this terrible situation bro? Look for a job and escape from here once you get a decent offer. Don't bend your self-esteem for anyone.

You should have started sear your as son as you were in pip first time. These people doesn’t have any criteria to put people on pip.

If you are in 2 PIP continuously then any time HR can ask to drop papers as far as i know , be strong on what all good things u have delivered and gather all appreciations and keep ready so that u can confirm that u were good at ur work
