You will get it , when I joined I joined at April at got hike at same year nov cycle

They ideally consider till 28 feb every year so yeah you might not be getting but in case they change rule then you might

You already joined with good hike then why should project allow raise for you

That’s not true. I had joined with a good hike in March 2022 and still got a 10 percent appraisal on the basis of my performance.

It depends on your performance, since you have come in Q2, they might consider you.
