Joined Accenture in sep 25 . I heard variable pay will be paid twice a year . VP payout depends on priority goal set against or only hike depends on it?
VP will be paid out based on company’s performance twice a year?

VP depends on company performance, and paid twice a year till level 8 above that once a year.

Variable pay twice in a year first in may second in november and it will come definitely depend upon your performance even if no performance then 10% default variable pay will come definitely rest people who saying anything they are unaware and child doesn’t know anything
