Here in Accenture do we get this statement only from the rewards portal or we can get proper appraisal/promotion letter whenever salary hikes happened. Just for proof purpose which the next company mostly asks for.

You must get a print button on the reward portal from there you can download your appraisal/promotion letter.

Yeah, I know that...but not sure if that will suffice for the doc purpose on next company while switching

Definitely it is sufficient as it has signature from Accenture india MD (Mr. Ajay Vij)
