Trending @Accenture; Anything for me? Will complete one year on 30th May

I joined Accenture Operations on 30th May 2024 and on Nov 2nd 2024, the project got ramp down. From Nov 2024 till Feb 2025, I was on bench but got the transfer letter from ATCI on Jan 1st 2025.

So, it's been a year and I didn't get anything like VP or bonus kinda of things. I used to get monthly VP of 2.5k in Accenture operations but nothing in ATCI.

So, is there anything for me this May or June cycle?
