Trending @Accenture; Anyone working in accenture right from college and has been in company more than 6years?
I just wanted to know how most of the accenture cio employees joined as freshers and have been working here more than 10 years or so. I just wanted to know how their salary growth and promotions are. also, is it good to stay in acenture for such a long period?

It has its own pro and cons. It’s difficult to conclude to a statement stating its good or bad. Its definitely a long period but when you stay in one place for longer duration you dont have to prove urself again and again, ones the management trusts you, you will be flooded with great opportunity all time. When u switch then u need to do this proving business repeatedly. When u stay back u have your own comfort space which u leverage at your own convenience. It all depends on you what you need and what stage of your career
