Trending @Accenture; Anyone who is in PIP, given 4 weeks to complete 4 tasks and completed them successfully and got out of PIP??

I am put into PIP recently and given some tasks. I am wondering whether if i do it successfully will they pass me or find ways to remove me still..

Were you given any warning before putting into PIP or it was all of a sudden?

It was all of a sudden. Reason :- unplanned sick leaves

There is very less chance that they will mark your pip as successful even after completing every task.
