Trending @Accenture; Anyone put resignation just for the sake of hike?

Hello Everyone

Since we all the fed up with the last two years accenture’s hike percentage, did anyone tried putting paper and they got good hike after retaining? If yes how much we can expect if we want to be retained? Also, let me know your dec 24 salary.

Resignation for hike is not worth it. Better to focus on performance and loyalty.

They have been playing with me since 2 years now, I was supposed to be promoted in Dec 2023, they did not promote me with some weird excuse and in 2024 they promoted a female colleague saying they had one nomination open under diversity and inclusion so she got promoted, even she did not ask for it. Now my promotion is shifted to June 2025. It’s been almost 4 years in same project and Accenture without promotion. #ItsHard

Retain?... This word is not in Accenture's dictionary.. My whole dev team left and they didn't retain any of them.. Now the project is also about to go ... So don't expect any hike.. Just get an offer and leave this shit org forever

Few of my team members resigned in November after hike. Our project didn't even retain them. Both of them were Manager's favourite.
