I want to get release from SAP project and want to work in dev field I am an associate (lvl 12) joined last year .I want to work in MERN related field if not atleast some development related field..please guide me ..I have added relevant skills in secondary skills ....please DM me I really want to discuss about this
Keep checking workday for any opening. Contact anyone you know who works on MERN, keep asking them to inform you if any resource is required. Talk to everyone in the office or on teams, get to know if they work on your Stack, Tell your HR(she won't care), your People Lead, Manager, Talent Lead, DU Lead given you've good repo with them. Tell them if they ever see any requirement for such resource they should refer you.
I am really asking a basic things to you
I am literally a beginner in this corporate world ....so just a for a advice do you think? Is it right time to ask for a release from a project? Because Idk should I wait more or should I ask for a release.... because I don't like working on SAP it feels like I am undervaluing my abilities because this work is Totally functional and I really don't like these monotonous work
