Trending @Accenture; Anyone moved to Accenture Germany recently from India and your exexperience

Haven't moved permanently but got an onsite opportunity at Mannheim for 3 months. My Manager moved last year after trying multiple times. He is leading a bad project, currently in bad shape due to previous management issues. Now the client is pestering him to take over everything and he is in a big dilemma. Having delivered critical projects in India he now wants to quit, but there are some Rules & regulations when you move permanently.

My experience for a short time was very good and I got a chance to interact with my clients who were really good in person, but seem different on emails. Long term moving depends on which project you are assigned to and the type of management working with you!!
