How do you see the growth of the company in the next 5 years? I have been here for more than 3 years and I see the company doesn't value the employees here (obviously there are more than 7 lakhs people). So what if one leave s they have so many on the bench. The focus of company has been shifted to acquiring more and more companies and just forgot the people who helped the company to reach this level.
People just started to leave. You'll see the attrition rate will increase like anything. Someone has to do something!

I'm just below the leadership level. Hence get a good view. The delulu is high and disconnected from the industry needs. The force fitting of the solutions is obvious. First it was Metaverse and blockchain. Both failed miserably. Nowadays, it's GenAI. As for people, there are more than enough in the pipeline. So if you act smart, you can go F yourself.

Wait for sometime and the company will tell you the same and show you the door.
