Trending @Accenture; Anyone else got this email from HR team?

Received an email from HR team with the subject: Gentle Reminder! on the submission of Form-02, GF Declaration and Nomination Form - Other Benefits Forms before 9th of May 2025

In the email it is mentioned that I need to submit these forms via courier at Bangalore location (I work from Gurugram). At the time of my onboarding (March 2024), I had submitted these forms along with others but now HR team is saying they do not have the hard copies of my forms.

I asked my colleagues who joined with me, no one seems to have received this email.

Is this common at this company? Asking employees to resend forms to other location which they had already submitted while onboarding? And I also cannot ask them to pay for the courier charges?
