Assuming the problem is: you can be able to see only the cursor and nothing else:
1)Cntrl+alt+delete 2) you can see the power icon on the screen at bottom right. 3) Restart ur laptop by clicking it.

No it's all static. And I tried restarting and it didn't work. It's still the same

Raise the ticket in service now. They will replace the laptop.
