Trending @Accenture; Any suggestions for PEGA skill

Anyone know what the future scope of PEGA? I have been in pega for 2 yrs in accenture but i dont see any growth in myself. So thinking of making a pivot to full stack or cloud. Any suggestions about pega in market/or will making pivot i good? PS: I’m at level 12 ASE
