But what, if you have everything needed for promotion like P4 proficiency, multiple certification and client approximation.. still 18 MAL mandatory?

MAL is not a criteria from this cycle onwards, it’s so called performance based.

My MAL is 40, still not yet promoted from L10 to L9. I have client appreciation, cloud certification, ATCI level recognition, P3+ across 5 skills.
