
MDs are very clear, if no work release to the bench. Bench policy is also very clear not able to find projects in a 2 month, exit company.

Many people complaining resource consolidation, but not focusing in their skill set and providing what is expected in the tower.
Mean they needs retraining, or made for some other tech so accenture is actually giving them chance to have a better carrier instead being stuck.
It sounds bad to simply people sitting drawing salary not pushing themself for learning, creating impact, making efforts . This reorganising will help both accenture and resource to find their correct place where they find themself fit and to accenture have quality workforce to ensure client retention.

Teams consolidation..going on with every project assessing their man power with respect to work ideally every project keeps some buffer resources now they are moving them to the bench to look for projects...
